Team Manager - The Team Manager plans the project, co-ordination, and communication, ensuring that deadlines are met and that the team operates effectively and smoothly. The team manager leads internal communication and ensures that the team works together to take the correct steps toward our shared goals.

Design Engineer - The Design Engineer is responsible for the car modelling, and optimising the car's perfomance within the regulations.

Manufacturing Engineer - The Manufacturing Engineer manages the production of the car process, including material selection, machining and quality control.

Marketing Manager - The Marketing Manager focuses on promoting Falcon Racing Lux and developing the team's public image focusing on managing our social media accounts. 

Website Designer - This role develops and mantains the team website a central platform for sponsors, judges, and the public. They ensure the website is clear, well-structured and regularly updated with accurate information.

Resources Manager - The Resources Manager is responsible for organise and managing the team's physical and digital resources. This includes tracking, material, tools and equipment for the car development. This role snure that resources are used efficienly and are available all throughout the season.

Graphic Designer - The Graphic Designer creates Falcon Racing Lux's visual identity, including the team logo, car liber and promotional graphics. This role ensures the branding is consistent across the car, website and presentation materials. Strong visual helps the team stand out towards judges and sponsors.

Sponsorship Manager - The Sponsorship Manager leads the search for sponsors. This includes preparing sponsorships proposals and email, contacting potential partners. This role esnure that sponsors receive clear value, and regular updates on team progress.

Economic Strategist - The Economic Strategist manages the team's financial situation, by planning and budgeting. This includes tracking expenses, profits and analysing costs. They support decision-making by helping the team balance perfomance and financial stability.

Through these roles Falcon Racing Lux has developed skills in leadership, marketing, digital communication, financial planning, and digital designing, all while mantaining a professional team.
